THE DETENTION CENTER
PREFACE
It is to be noted that, in principal, this essay is designed for the exclusive use of THE PRISON OFFICER who, of course, at His own discretion, is free to amend the contents as He deems fit; to use it to further enhance the experience of future volunteer-prisoners at His own facilities; to have it published, either privately or commercially, or possibly even have it served as a story line for a full-length video/DVD, in which case the author would be greatly honored (to be forced) to co-write the script!
Whatever the purpose, the author would like to underline that he is not a professional writer, nor of the English mother tongue, and as such all of the contents should be edited and corrected as required if it should serve any other purpose than the simple reading pleasure of his PRISON OFFICER.
Furthermore, attention is drawn to the fact that although a large part of the contents reflects his personal experience, as well as his own fantasies, another part is compiled from general publications on the subject which may be protected by copyrights. Therefore no publication and distribution of this document to the general public should be allowed in its present form.

CHAPTER I
THE RECRUITING AND DRAFT PROCEDURES
Without question THE DETENTION CENTER caters only to a very specific kind of “clientele”, the volunteer-prisoner, who wishes to register and discover what a sentence of Endurance Discipline Testing at THE DETENTION CENTER is all about. Many may desire to submit themselves, but only a few will actually be worthy of being chosen (to attend).
As such, a very stringent recruiting process is of prime importance and is put in place in order to avoid, right from the beginning, a waste of time and effort with “fake” candidates who may only be looking for a “kick on a Saturday night”.
Although THE DETENTION CENTER may, at some future date, maintain a website, and occasionally place recruiting ads in specialized publications, it primarily relies on personal referrals from other Prison Officers, Deputies, Guards, and Masters who may wish to enroll their own prisoners or slaves for a specific discipline program.
It may also re-enroll former, non-graduated prisoners, as well as those who are previous graduates from THE DETENTION CENTER, who wish to return for an advanced program.
THE DETENTION CENTER offers 3 different basic programs:
- “NOVICE” – 6 days/5 nights
- “INTERMEDIATE” – 11 days/10 nights
- “ADVANCED” – 15 days/14 nights
In (very) special cases, a sample program may be designed on an individual basis for suitably qualified applicants.
Upon initiating contact the volunteer-prisoner will be required to complete his “Application for Incarceration” form immediately, along with a detailed questionnaire to enable THE PRISON OFFICER to determine whether the potential candidate could/should be considered for serving a sentence at THE DETENTION CENTER.
Upon initial approval, the volunteer-prisoner must write an essay of at least 1000 words detailing why he should be allowed to serve a sentence at THE DETENTION CENTER, after which THE PRISON OFFICER will make his final decision.
If accepted, the volunteer-prisoner will be so informed and issued his Draft Orders, of which one copy must be returned within 48 hours duly signed, while a second copy, also duly signed, should be presented on the occasion of his Intake.
The Draft Orders will contain, besides specific information/requirements for the volunteer-prisoner’s presentation (clothing, location, date, time, etc.) the type of discipline program he will be required to endure, as well as the total length of his sentence.
------------------------------------
CHAPTER II
THE INTAKE
The following is the general process to be followed for the Intake of the volunteer-prisoner at THE DETENTION CENTER.
The volunteer-prisoner will be required to report for incarceration at the exact location, date, and time stipulated - no deviation will be allowed - and must be dressed as ordered.
It is strongly recommended that the volunteer-prisoner allows ample time to cover potential travel delays, even those beyond his own fault, as all late arrival, for whatever reason, will subject him to future punishment.
In the event that the volunteer-prisoner should not show up – without a valid reason – for his incarceration, he will be considered in serious “default” and, as such, will solely be responsible for all consequences as outlined in his Draft Orders.
The volunteer-prisoner will enter the waiting car behind the driver and sit, without leaning backwards, and immediately hand over the second copy of his duly signed Draft Orders, after which he will be transported to THE DETENTION CENTER.
From the moment the volunteer-prisoner enters the car he is prohibited to speak, must always keep his head bowed looking straight down at his feet, and await specific orders to move.
The volunteer-prisoner, upon arrival at THE DETENTION CENTER, is ordered out of the car, taken immediately into custody, marched into the detention facility and down to the basement. Here he must hand over all of his personal belongings and remove all clothing, passing it over, neatly folded, to the Guard on duty.
All items will be locked away until the volunteer-prisoner is released.
The volunteer-prisoner will then be strip-searched and subject to a thorough verification that he has complied with all of the presentation requirements as set forth in his Draft Orders.
All infringements will require future punishment.
The volunteer-prisoner, subsequently, will be forced to take a 5 minute cold shower, be given a rag to clean and dry the shower room, and once finished will stand “at attention” – head bowed, looking at his feet, hands behind his back – and face the wall to drip-dry.
The volunteer-prisoner will receive a no. 1 haircut and be issued his prison uniform which consists of:
a white T-shirt
a two-piece set of prison oranges
a pair of heavy, leather, ankle-high boots with no laces
The volunteer-prisoner will be fitted with a full set of Hiatt combination restraints (steel collar connected by a chain to a pair of Darby handcuffs and a pair of Darby leg irons.
At the decision of THE PRISON OFFICER, or as a punishment already earned, the volunteer-prisoner may have his head (including eyebrows and eyelashes) wet-shaved, be cleaned inside (enema), put into chastity, etc.
The volunteer-prisoner will then be marched to his detention quarters to be subject to the induction interview.
-----------------------
CHAPTER III
THE INDUCTION INTERVIEW
At the sole discretion of THE PRISON OFFICER this interview may be recorded, photographed and/or videoed.
(Sound recording and photographic equipment, and a video camera, all on tripods, are set up and placed in front of a metal stool, which is positioned against the left side cell wall, strategically located between several bolts fixed to the wall.)
(The volunteer-prisoner, wearing his complete prison outfit, is marched into the scene carrying an identification board with his full name, date of birth, and the current date.)
(A voice – from out of shot behind the cameras – speaks)
“STAND AT ATTENTION… FACE FRONT AND HOLD THE IDENTIFICATION BOARD ACROSS YOUR CHEST”!
“SIR, yes, SIR”.
(The volunteer-prisoner complies with the order and a picture is taken.)
“STAND AT ATTENTION… FACE PROFILE”!
“SIR, yes, SIR”.
(The volunteer-prisoner obeys again and another picture is taken.)
“SIT DOWN – FACE FRONT”!
“SIR, yes, SIR – SIR, thank you, SIR”.
(The volunteer-prisoner sits, putting the identification board at his feet on the floor. The video camera narrows in to frame him from feet to crotch, to top of head, and remains static for the rest of the interview. Pictures are periodically taken as well.)
“DURING YOUR INDUCTION INTERVIEW EACH QUESTION REQUIRES FROM YOU A DEFINITE RESPONSE. THIS RESPONSE MUST BE VERBAL IN A CLEAR AND AUDIBLE TONE – NO NODS. YOU WILL ANSWER EACH QUESTION WITH YES OR AFFIRMATIVE, IF THIS IS YOUR WISH, STARTING AND ENDING WITH “SIR”!
IF YOU DISAGREE OR WISH TO QUALIFY YOUR REPLY, YOU ARE FREE TO DO SO. DO YOU UNDERSTAND?
“SIR, yes, SIR”.
(At this point the sequence of questions proceeds as detailed, assuming affirmative responses, unless any response is in the negative or too hesitant.)
“STATE YOUR FULL NAME”!
(The volunteer-prisoner responds appropriately.)
“STATE THE DAY, MONTH, AND YEAR OF YOUR BIRTH”!
(The volunteer-prisoner responds appropriately.)

“SIR, yes, SIR”.
“THIS IS YOUR FINAL OPPORTUNITY TO SPECIFY AND CONFIRM ANY LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS. FEEL FREE AT THIS POINT TO STIPULATE ANY PROHIBITION OR EXCLUSION. YOU ARE ALSO AT LIBERTY TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS AT THIS POINT”!
(The volunteer-prisoner is encouraged to list verbally any previously stipulated exclusions. He is also prompted to ask any questions or seek clarification of any points previously agreed. The warden will at this point state any previously written exclusions not verbally reiterated by the subject.)
“IN YOUR WRITTEN AGREEMENT YOU HAVE CONFIRMED THAT WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN YOUR TRAINING; NOT BECAUSE YOU STIPULATED IT, BUT BECAUSE THE OBJECTIVE IS TRAINING IN, AND EXPERIENCE OF, THE EFFECTS OF RESTRAINT, IMMOBILIZATION, AND ISOLATION. CORRECT”?
“SIR, yes, SIR”.

(The volunteer-prisoner nods NO.)
“RECONFIRM”!
(The volunteer-prisoner nods NO again – twice.)
“WE HAVE AFFIRMATION! WE HAVE A PRISONER! REMOVE HIS HANDCUFFS AND LEG-IRONS”!
“PRISONER, STAND UP! CONGRATULATIONS… YOU ARE NOW ADMITTED TO THE DETENTION CENTER AS A FULL TIME PRISONER! YOU WILL COMMENCE YOUR SENTENCE IMMEDIATELY AND WILL ONLY BE RELEASED WHEN YOUR PRISON TERM IS OVER”!
(The prisoner stands up carefully and acknowledges by nodding his head.)
“CHAIN HIM WITH HIS BACK TO THE WALL AND PROCEED WITH THE INCARCERATION PROCEDURES”!
(The prisoner is guided to the prison wall, where he is chained to the bolts in the wall, arms and legs spread as widely apart as possible. The steel collar, which is still locked around his neck, is attached by a short chain to a central bolt. The prisoner is still hooded and gagged.)
“PRISONER, WELCOME TO THE DETENTION CENTER! FROM NOW ON YOU WILL BE ADDRESSED AS PRISONER NUMBER 101, AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE DETENTION CENTER TO WHICH YOU MUST ADHERE TO AT ALL TIMES”!
(The prisoner acknowledges, nodding his head)
-------------------------------------
CHAPTER IV
THE PRISON RULES AND REGULATIONS
(The Guard on duty will now read in a loud and clear voice the Rules and Regulations of
THE DETENTION CENTER):
The prisoner is required, unless otherwise directed, to wear at all times his basic prison-outfit – full uniform, steel collar, wrists and ankle irons – enhanced with any other special restraints, which will be enforced not only during regular incarceration, but also during any “free-time”, during forced inside and/or outside labor, as well as while being “on display” at so-called “friendly” locations and/or in general public areas, as seen fit by THE PRISON OFFICER.
The prisoner is under normal incarceration conditions, prohibited to freely speak at all times, which includes conversation with THE PRISON OFFICER and/or Guard(s), as well as – and principally – with any other inmate(s). He may only speak if spoken to and asked a direct question by THE PRISON OFFICR or Guard(s) requiring an answer.
In the case of sharing a cell with another inmate, as a special “reward” for good behavior of both, THE PRISON OFFICER, at his own discretion, may allow a “free” conversation between the two, of between 5 to 10 minutes duration.
The prisoner, if in the NEED to talk – and only in this case – may ask THE PRISON OFFICR or Guard if he is allowed to speak, using the phrasing: “SIR, this prisoner asks permission to speak, SIR”, for which permission may or may not be granted. In either case, the prisoner must thank THE PRISON OFFICER or Guard for being allowed, or not allowed, to speak using the phrasing: “SIR, this prisoner thanks his Warden and/or Guard to be allowed, or not to be allowed, to speak, SIR”. If permission is granted, the prisoner may then speak freely, stating and ending his statement with “SIR”, being as concise as possible.
If the subject brought up by the prisoner, at THE PRISON OFFICER’s or Guard’s opinion is irrelevant, the prisoner will be “rewarded” with double punishments in order to make sure he thinks twice the next time before making a subsequent request to speak.
The only exception permitted to this rule is in case of a real EMERGENCY, in which case the prisoner MUST speak out immediately.
The prisoner is strictly prohibited to intentionally touch any part of his, or his cellmate’s body, especially the balls, penis, arse and tits, either to engage in, or seek, sexual stimulation.
The prisoner is strictly prohibited to bang with his fists on the wall, or stamp with his feet the floor, or kick the cell door(s).
The prisoner is prohibited to leave his cell, even if it is possible, unless specifically ordered to do so.
The prisoner, if not restricted to do so, may move freely in the cell, however he may not, with the exception of the first 24 hours of incarceration, lean against the walls, cell door, or furniture.
The prisoner is required to obey all orders without hesitation, will be subjected to whatever (prison) duties ordered by THE WARDEN or Guard(s), and will perform all tasks in a swift and efficient manner.
The prisoner may expect to be severely punished for any disobedience.
------------------------------------
PART II : THE CONFINEMENT
CHAPTER V
THE DAILY ROUTINES
The prisoner will be subject to an around-the-clock detention routine, which includes, but is not limited to: solitary confinement, imposed discipline, total obedience, humiliation, prison drill, forced labor, punishments. He may also expect to perform, to the best of his abilities, sexual duties on/for THE PRISON OFFICER and Guard(s).
The prisoner, upon hearing the approach of THE PRISON OFFICER or Guard(s) must, if not prevented by his restraints, immediately stand “at attention” - facing the left cell wall, legs as far apart as possible, with neck and feet against the wall - and will wait in this position for further instructions.
The prisoner at morning-call will be relieved of his prison-outfit in order to perform his personal hygiene and take a cold shower, after which he will redress/be redressed in his basic prison-outfit.
The prisoner will be required to read aloud, in a pre-determined position, at least twice a day (mornings and evenings) or as many times as ordered to do so, and until he can recite them from memory, the Prison Rules and Regulations. This will serve him as a daily reminder of his duties as a prisoner at The Detention Center.
The prisoner will be fed three meals a day, and is required to consume all food and drink provided.
The prisoner will be informed at “night-call” of his punishments (or possibly rewards) earned for any wrong-doing, bad (or good) behavior, poor (or excellent) results, etc. during the day. Punishments (or rewards) may be applied immediately or at a later date.
The prisoner will be subject, at least three times a day, to a routine of special physical and mental tests, according to the choices made in his “Application for Incarceration”.
------------------------------
CHAPTER VI
PUNISHMENTS
The following is a list of punishments, listed at random, to be administered to the prisoner as required, preferably at an increasing level of intensity. The list may be supplemented by THE PRISON OFFCER as the need arises:
The prisoner will sleep:
- without a blanket
- without a pillow
- without a mattress
- on the floor
- naked
- a combination of all options
The prisoner will be:
- deprived of sleep
- sexually abused
- made to perform sexual duties
The prisoner will be subjected to:
- additional cold shower time
- additional corporal discipline
- additional prison time
The prisoner will be prohibited to urinate
The prisoner will be forced to:
- lick/clean THE PRISON OFFICER’s and Guard(s)’ boots
- lick/clean the toilet
- clean the cell floor and walls with a tooth brush
The prisoner will have their head forced inside the toilet bowl and be pissed over his head by a Guard, after which the toilet may be flushed several times
Punishments serve the sole purpose of ensuring that the prisoner knows he has performed “below standard”, and as such will do his utmost to avoid further, more severe punishments.
----------------------------------
CHAPTER VII
REWARDS
The following is a list of rewards, listed at random, which the prisoner may “earn” and which may be supplemented by THE PRISON OFFICER as he sees fit:
The prisoner will be allowed:
- free time (possibly out of restraints)
- additional “talk-time”
- extra blanket(s)
- extra mattress(es)
- hot shower
- better food and/or drink
- to sleep with less restraints
- earlier release
- to perform sexual duties on/for the Warden and Guard(s)
Rewards serve the sole purpose of rewarding the prisoner for “outstanding performance”, and as such will do his utmost to merit further rewards. When the reward is “consumed” it might also be considered a “punishment”, as the prisoner will have to return to his normal prison routine.
--------------------------------
CHAPTER VIII
THE ENDURANCE TESTS
This is the central, and hence most important, activity of THE DETENTION CENTER.
The prisoner during his entire stay will be subject, at least three times a day (morning, afternoon and evening), and without a pre-determined time schedule, to a series of discipline tests, as per his initial choice of sentence set out in his Draft Orders.
The prisoner will be given a “safe word” which he may use without any kind of (talking) restriction imposed if he wants the disciplining to stop. However if he uses this “escape”, as a penalty, all time already accumulated in this particular test will be forfeit and the prisoner will have to re-start the test. This is done in order to “motivate” the prisoner not to back down.
The prisoner will be led to the Discipline Test Facility where he will be released from his basic restraints, as well as, if so required by THE PRISON OFFICER or Guard, removal of his prison uniform. At the end of the session, before being returned to his cell, both uniform and basic restraints will be replaced.
The prisoner, on the last full day of his sentence, will be submitted to a selection of final tests in order to determine if he will be allowed to graduate and receive his official certification.
THE FOLLOWING EXMPLE IS BASED ON A 6 DAY/5 NIGHT PRISON SENTENCE FOR THE “NOVICE” LEVEL, WITH THE DURATION, AS WELL AS THE STRUCTURE OF THE SEQUENCE (both to remain unknown to the prisoner until his “certification”) OF EACH DISPLINE TEST ULTIMATELY TO BE SET BY THE PRISON OFFICER.
Dependant on the duration for each individual test, the disciplining of the prisoner may continue with a simultaneous combination of 2 or more tests.
A changing of “positions” (standing up, lying down, etc.) is recommended in order to relieve the strain on the prisoner, enabling sessions to last longer.
The use of the Hiatt Combination Irons and Leather Wrist and Ankle Restraints do not form part of specific discipline tests as they are already part of the permanently worn basic prison outfit.

After the end of each Session, the prisoner thanks THE PRISON OFFICER and/or the Guard(s).
-----------------------------
CHAPTER IX
THE RELEASE
Without considering the possibility of a potential extension of the prisoner’s sentence “earned” in terms of a major punishment, the time will come when the prisoner has the possibility to be released.
By this time the prisoner will probably have lost all sense of time, and become accustomed to permanently wearing heavy steel restraints, as well as being used to a severe prison drill with few or no options, so it is recommended that the prisoner is physically and mentally prepared to be set free, preferably with 6-12 hours notice, especially in the case of having completed a longer sentence.
Before his final release from THE DETENTION CENTER, the prisoner will be allowed to take a hot shower, shave, and his civilian clothes returned to him. He will also be given a hearty hot meal, be handed his release documentation, and will be driven to the initial meeting location.
Immediately upon arriving home, the ex-prisoner will so inform THE PRISON OFFICER by e-mail, and within the following 30 days submit a written report on his experience at THE DETENTION CENTER. After which, and only in this case, he will receive his official Certification which will contain the Warden’s recommendations for his further training, as well as the decision as to whether he will be allowed to return to THE DETENTION CENTER for a higher-level program, or even enlisted as a (visiting) Assistant Guard.
